I thought this was the decorator's version of Santa on too much sugar before I realized those are really skinny 'O's. Which is odd, considering that the decorator could have just used the six extra cupcakes to make all the letters the correct size. *facepalm*Thanks to Jessica D. & Tiffany V.!
